The man who said Thank You

One of ten men healed of leprosy returns to thank Jesus.
Contributed by Rev. Henry Martin
On his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. As He was going into a village, he met ten men who had leprosy. – Slide 1
Because those with leprosy were considered to be unclean, they stood at a distance and called out loudly, ‘Jesus, Master, have pity on us!’ When Jesus saw them, he said, ‘Go, show yourselves to the priests.’ – Slide 2
And as they went, they were cleansed – completely healed of their leprosy. – Slide 3
One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him. Jesus asked, ‘Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?’ – Slide 4
